So we invite you to take a moment to reach out to a water professional and say “Thank You!” for providing reliable, clean, safe water to the community day in, day out 24/7. Don’t forget to thank our wastewater professionals also who treat our wastewater around the clock in order to send it back to Nature. In Charlottesville/Albemarle County that means delivering our clean water (known as effluent) into Moores Creek, which feeds into the Rivanna, which feeds into the James, and into the Chesapeake Bay.
