Patricia Defibaugh

Patricia began her career at Rivanna 29 years ago as a Chemist and became Laboratory Manager in 2021.  Patricia received her BS in Biology from Mary Washington University.

As Laboratory Manager, Patricia oversees the Laboratory and team of Chemists who perform all water and wastewater compliance testing for the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority.
