LaToya Smith has 15 years of comprehensive Human Resources experience. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University. Before joining Rivanna, LaToya served as an Employee Relations Manager at Apex Systems, where she specialized in fostering positive workplace environments, guiding employees and leadership through complex HR matters, and strengthening organizational culture. Outside of work, LaToya enjoys hiking, traveling, and golfing, but her greatest joy comes from spending quality time with her family.
